Women’s mental health and wellness counselling sessions offer valuable support and guidance. These sessions are designed to foster emotional well-being, helping women navigate the complexities of their mental health while promoting personal growth and resilience. Each session provides a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their feelings, address challenges, and develop effective coping strategies. 1st session 1.5hrs $150 Consequent 1 hr sessions $100
